Program Structure
Block 1: Volume Accumulation Phase

Each week features 4–6 training days with dedicated sessions for lower body, upper body, and glute emphasis, utilizing both compound and isolation exercises to maximize aesthetic and functional growth .

- Upper Body Strength: Shoulder presses, pull-downs, and rows
- Core Conditioning: Functional ab training with hollow holds and Russian twists

Equipment Needed
- Gym access with barbell, dumbbells, cable machines, and resistance bands
